Twenty websites in one with TYPO3

Uniformity and identity

Kerobei Foundation as well as the twenty affiliate primary schools had to be presented online. Their wish was to show uniformity but not to forget the identity of the twenty schools. A challenge.

Kerobei is a foundation for primary education with twenty schools in the north of Limburg. Two of those schools are a special primary school and a full time day-time school for gifted children.

Easy management of the website

The visitor of the new website will enter through the overall site of the foundation. If visitors want to know something about the affiliated schools they can click on the school pages. There they can find address data but also a direct link to the school website. Every part at the school pages can be managed separately. If an editor fills in the address, the system gives directly the coordinates for a google maps card.

No helpdesk needed

Ton Pouls, member of the ICT staff of Kerobei, is happy with the new website. “I asked if they had also a helpdesk but they say it wasn’t necessary. They were right. Colleagues learned about TYPO3 within an hour and a half and that was sufficient. I only have a few questions about TYPO3.”

TYPO3: self-explanatory

Exchange of information is easy because everything is made within one system. Editors who work with TYPO3 find the website efficient. “ TYPO3 is technical intuitive. You see where you have to click and you don’t have to click often to come where you want to. It is self-explanatory.”
